Legs look great. I've cooked chicken without the water pan in place, but not w/o the lid or door. Might have to try that out.
 
Those drummers look yummers. Great looking cook Chuck. I also remove the door to really jack up the heat. It works great.
 
Didn't make enough, ran out in the 6th and Hudson gave up a 3ers in the 7th

These Go Giants cooks are gonna get expensive, lol
