Found this forum from a twitter post, and so glad that I did. I own many Weber grills, both gas and charcoal. My daily grill is a 2007 Summit S-450. I also tend to use my One Touch Gold with a Kettlepizza ring as a wood fired oven quite frequently too. Heck, I use all of my six Webers! Looking forward to sharing and learning on this forum.
