OK, yah, duh, I know how to use the three burners for indirect cooking, I wonder why I never thought about using them for taking food out of the grilling zone while still keeping it warm..

I learn something new on this forum every day.

Bruce, I was just stating how I do mine indirect as you probably know how to cook indirect better than I do on that grill because I really have only done that maybe 3 times. You know I stick my foot in my mouth sometimes so was not inferring that you did not know how to cook indirect. :)

Brian, I really think Bruce had an "aha" moment there. I don't think he was being rude, I think he really did say to himself, "Oh! Why haven't I been doing that!"

This is a really great, polite forum. I've been involved in a Jeep Wrangler forum and a BMW forum, and guess which other one I liked?

Nope, I honestly never thought to turn off the rear burner and leave food back there to keep warm. I was applauding your idea.

I literally took no offense at all if you read my second reply I was just pointing out that I was not trying to give you a lesson on indirect cooking sounded that way when I read it again. Not saying you were by the way but my wife would tell you pretty sarcastic myself she is used to it after 27 years, kind of. :)
