Genesis Gold Handle w/ Spirit 2-burner Lid, Mod!

That stinks. It looked like it was going to bad from your original pictures. Are any of those frame pieces interchangeable with a Silver B, or all different?

I will measure my Silver B and see.

Edit:
No, a Silver B is 18 inches deep and a Silver A is around 15 3/4 deep.

How ever the main frame bars should be identical. Here is a Silver C leg assembly in comparison and assume it is the same size as a B.
The bottom cross member that is on the C assembly is smaller than the top crossmember of the A. The main member that is on the C is the same diameter as the top crossmember of the A.

This was the condition of the manifold. A little crusty on the ends. Do you guys know the part number to the rubber washers that go atop of valve stems?

I can tell by all the rust I am encountering that the OP did not ever cover his grill and left it to the elements of the weather. So Sad.

Or he did keep it covered all the time and that's what caused the bad rust. It's hard to say for sure.

The main reason I suspected it was uncovered a lot because the condition of the trim and the black lid and black control panel porcelain are all speckled.

Yep, those are clues the sun has been beating down on it for twenty years. Still, I'm surprised at all the rust since you're in Texas.

I think I have a nice 2 burner control panel in my stash if you are in need. I am pretty sure it is from the newer A's with the longer valve sweeps.

I wondered if the cancerous cross frame member could be fixed with a 1x1 piece and I see from Bruce's excellent "How to Video" that is exactly how he did it.

Added bottom panel and right frame assembly (with wheels). Fortunately, the OP gave me door panels. Weber stated they did have the right panel I needed but not the back panel. I will have to probably fabricate something for the back panel.
