Am I crazy for getting a medium-size grill, something like an E or EP-330, when I'll be grillin usually just for myself? I like the idea of a side-burner, just because I figure if it's there I'll figure out something to do with it. I'll do whole rotisserie birds, but mostly grill a couple of burgers or a steak or fish & hopefully heat a side dish on the side-burner. That's a lot of grill space but I figure I could maybe use a fresh clean grate area ea. time I grill, then when the whole grate area gets used burn the whole thing clean w. high heat.
