Garlic Butter

From Land O Lakes:

1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter with Canola Oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1/8 tsp onion powder

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Store refrigerated in container with tight-fitting lid for up to 2 weeks.


The butter with canola oil comes in a tub and is more soft and spreadable than regular butter, which is an advantage for this use. I used granulated garlic, not garlic powder. I mixed with a spatula, not an electric mixer.
