...and a bonus piece of country style thrown in the package.

Stock OTS and no accessories or gadgets. No water pan or drip pan. One chimney full of unlit briquettes in a basic pile one one side with 10 lit ones sprinkled over the top. a tinfoil smoke pack on top of that and never touched the fire again.

Threw some potatoes on the grill at about 4 hours and the ribs were ready in 5. Still had a third of the coals left so opened up the dampers and roasted some root vegetables.

Great looking cook Darren. I think I want ribs this weekend but my FIL and other in-laws are coming over this Saturday and my wife is making stuffed grape leaves. It is one of my favorite meals though and one of the benefits of marrying into an Armenian family. Thanks for the wonderful post.
