Front entry door

FWIW, my neighbor has a seamless gutter company & his dad runs a general contracting business. They're booked nearly a year ahead right now.

We had new windows & a new front door installed a couple of years ago. I could ask my g/f to dig up the door manufacturer. It's an insulated steel door, doesn't seem to get hot in the summer (shaded facing north) and doesn't condense & freeze like the old door did.

Mine faces SW and currently have a steel door and don't like it. It gets REALLY hot in summer and in winter ice forms on it

Go with the fiberglass did that 4 years ago and really happy in the south the front of my house gets baked in the afternoon and it had a metal door which would just about burn your hand in the summer. I had a contractor do it as we had all new energy efficient windows put on the house at the same time. Pretty sure not positive the door was a Therma - Tru I have side lights so the whole unit was replaced.

Yeah those Therma Tru are a but "rich" for my blood. Relatively simple one we saw at Home Depot was over $3k for the door itself.

I want to say that our front door with sidelights was all of that, but I'd have to go back and look at the project docs.

Not kidding. Single door no sidelight $3500 for just the door! I had Window World out to give an est to install door and screen door $4.6k!
That is crazy! I paid $1,300 for my patio door and it has leaded frosted glass.
Metal clad on the outside and wood on the inside.
Installed it my self, took about two hours.
