Fried pulled pork tacos

Just trying to use the food we have and had left over pulled pork from last weekend. Very easy to make. I apologize for the dark pictures we were doing this late night-early morning.
We start with a little music...

Heat up the corn tortillas and make you tacos.

In the hot CI they go. This doesn't take long.

Plated with tomato,lettuce,cheddar, sour cream and green hit sauce.

I used vacation day today.
My plan was to go to a So. Cal bbq comp and spend the weekend by the beach but plans had to change because my sons god father is visiting and I couldn't say no to my compadre.
