Exellent Jim! Love the added vitamins to the Martini :) I really need to start eating more fish. Great one!

Jim, looks good, and healthy, too. I'm not a big fan of tilapia, but like it's price and availibility. Which is your favorite seasoning to give it more flavor? The best I've had was when Chiles (NOT my restaurant of choice) had it cedar planked and topped with chimichurri. Of course, they took it off the menu.

thanks again:)

Dave, i really like Northwoods.
In my opinion, i believe Northwoods is meant for fish ONLY. The Muskego Ave seasoning, i think it contains too much salt.
Salt is good, too much is not.
Thank you again, greatly appreciated:o

Thank you, Jim. If I ever can get some Penzey's seaoning I'll be sure to try some.

The grilled tilapia, baby yukons and trees look great, Jim! Love the cucumber martini and the Bose wave music system in the background! :)

You'll have to get up to Wautoma this summer and we can grill up some bass or crappies or bluegills. And maybe get in a couple of drinks as well!!

Sorry I'm late to the thread... I'm tryin' to figure how long it will take me to drive to Raymond, Wisconsin.... :D

We love Tilapia... we use it in fish tacos (and sometimes I'll do Mahi Mahi as well... too sweet for the wife but I like it).

OK, it looks like it's about 26 hours from here to Raymond... guess I'll have to wait for a TVWBB gathering in the midwest... wouldn't THAT be fun!

Mikey, screw the drive, fly into MKE and i'll pick you up:D
Ed, the plan IS to hit Wautoma at least once this summer, I'll sound the alarm before then, it'd be great to clink martini glasses with you!
Dave, you can order Penzey's spices on line and ship free over 30 bucks:p

Fried fish my a$$. I do love fish on the grill however, whenever I get lucky and catch a few flounder, I stuff them with crab meat and grill 'em up. Yours look good:cool:..................................d
