Great meal still love me some Alaskan winter ale to wash it down..if you can find that seasoning try it..it's great on chicken and veggies! Low salt too!

Take care thanks for looking!

Morgan I am running out of superlatives for your cook.

When I was growing up and as an adult our steak night was Thursday.

another great lookin' cook Morgan!
The Onion looks PERFECT and the beef is EXCELLENT!

Nope it is winter in my neck of the woods! Was 15 this morning!

Nicely done!!! I see you keep cooking tri tip strips instead of a roast. I have never tried it that way, do you prefer this way or is that the way you get it?

John I get these from my local Costco this way! They come packaged up in about 8 strips...run somewhere about 20 bucks..I can get a couple meals out of them so I get them religiously!

Great cook Morgan! Love the bloomin' onion.

From what I understand, you can get Costco to give you the whole roasts if you ask the meat manager. You may have to buy a larger pack, though. My stupid local store stopped carrying them entirely, but some do sell them whole.
