Howdy folks....we did and easy cook last nite! Kids wanted home made Mac and cheese!!! Here goes!
Well I didnt have elbow noodles so we used penne noodles, cup of heavy cream, little sautéed onion and some three cheese shredded and parm to make the sauce, all came together and into a little CI with some lays crushed on top!
Oh and chicken apple brats and hickory in for smoke!
Onion and pepper on after about 10 minutes!
My Mac and cheese looking good!
Everything off!
And plated!!!
Wasn't pork steak but pretty darn good! Loved the parm in the noodles! Thank goodness for cast iron! If I had put that in a standard metal baking pan I would have needed a needle gun to chip that cheesy mess out! My little Wagner CI washed right up!
Ok folks stay tuned for tonight's dinner! Got a fed ex package from Jim today!!
