Friday Fish and Chips

Friday fish and chips featuring lemon pepper cod and russet potato wedges, along with grilled yellow squash and roasted corn.
Short cook and almost done.

Trying to get the cod off in one piece...

And plated, or actually plattered!

Wow, that is an amazing cook. I am the only fish eater in my family so don't often buy it, but after seeing yours I am going get some white fish for me and I will do some chicken for the rest of the family.

Thanks Michael, the cod was simply seasoned with Lawry’s lemon pepper and thinly sliced fresh lemons. I’ve done the same seasoning for chicken too. Could be a win win for you and your family!

That was what I was thinking to try to do. Use the same seasoning for some fish and chicken. Yeah that is on my short list.
