Well, I was able to pull myself away from the WSM today and try out some chicken on my OTP for my second overall cook on it today. It turned out great. I grilled a sirloin last night and have no complaints so far. Weber rules!! Thanks for looking!!

Today's cook. I like my chicken with the sauce I use on my barbeque, vinegar base. My wife likes it with just a little italian seasoning.

Meals looks great! Just a friendly photo tip, instead of looking straight down at the food, try more at a 45 degree angle, or so, I was getting dizzy looking at the pics ;) . Thanks for posting! Looks great!

Thanks man. Don't want anyone to get dizzy, may lose the appetite. I use my iphone since its so much easier to transfer, just hard to crop. When I pull it up on the iPhone to look, it looks fine. Just too big on the computer. Thanks for the tip.
 
Neil, love the look of BOTH the que'd bird AND the Italian uccello!!
you might want to size down your photos also... 800×600 pixel is a good size i think...
