I purchased a griddle for my Weber Genesis a few months ago. I haven't used it much and it spends most if it's time in my garage. However, I felt like having french toast for breakfast and it's easier to have a large cooking surface so I can cook all of the pieces in one batch rather than multiple batches.
I didn't get a picture of the raw materials, but I used (sorry for the vagueness, other than counting the eggs, everything was by feel):
4 Eggs
1 tbsp-ish of milk (maybe 2, I don't know...)
1-2 tsp of vanilla
2-3 shakes of cinnamon
Ready to flip:
Flipped:
Done:
Plated (covered with pure maple syrup):
The only thing I forgot was the powdered sugar... but by this time I was hungry and just wanted to eat. It was delicious.
