Like so many of you these days, I was pawing through the freezer looking for something for dinner. Found a partial pack of chicken wings and set them out to thaw. Sided up with a decent potato and some garlic green beans. Here's a few pictures.
Thawed the wings.

Threw on a couple of russets for an hour.

A little salt and pepper and got the wings on the kettle.

Sauteed a bunch of chopped garlic and tossed in the beans. Threw in some chopped cilantro too as we didn't have any parsley.

After about 40 minutes the wings were done.

Brought them in and quickly drenched them in Frank's Red Hot Original and melted butter.

The plate.

This is really one of those can't miss recipes. The combination of the Vortex heat and Frank's sauce is just amazing. Thank you for looking!
