Freezer Diving

Time to see what we've got in the freezer. Hmmm. Looks like a pork loin chunk,some burgers and a chicken breast. Three grilled dinners in a row! YES!
First of all,the chunk of pork loin. Seasoned liberally with salt and pepper,then pierced with a paring knife and garlic slivers put in the slits. An Emeril recipe,but pretty stinking good! Cooked indirect using K in the Weber charcoal baskets with some sugar maple chips sprinkled on top,then transferred to the Genesis to keep warm(our guests were running late).

Also corn with herb butter and a chopped caprese salad.

I took the ends,so I didn't get any of the yummy garlic,although I really could taste it! A very yummy and healthy dinner!
Which leads us to tonight's dinner! :p I found a pack of burgers in the freezer. Just enough for Pammi and me!

And tomorrow,I'll post pics of the chicken Pammi's gonna cook on the grill! Thanks for looking!
 
That's some great cooking Phil. You never know what you will fine in the freezer. Looking forward to the chicken Pammi's going to cook.
 
Unfortunately, I had a Monday from %$#&^ !!!!! :mad: Pammi's chicken and sides were awesome,but I was so tired and hungry when I got home,I forgot to get a pic! Sorry everyone.
