Hi everyone!
I think it was about a month ago Frank H did a Corn Beef on his OTG. I was really inspired and decided to do my own.
Soon as I saw the post I went out and got me a Corn Beef Brisket Point.

I cooked the Corned Beef pretty much exactly that Frank described. After soaking it in water I rubbed the Corn Beef with Weber's roasted Garlic and Herb.

It was real windy and it took awhile to get the temperature stabilized. I don't have a thermometer on the lid so I used a Taylor thermometer on the lid and my old school Maverick ET-73 for the grate temp.Temps maintained @ 345-356. You can see there is like a 60 degree difference between the top and bottom.

Sorry there are no action shots but here is the Corned Beef after about 3 1/2 to 4 hours

Sliced!

I made some Sandwiches but I scarfed them down mighty quick! Here is a pic of a taco I made with the Corned Beef.
Corned beef Taco with shredded cabbage and Jalapeno Ranch Dressing. Here is a link for the recipe I used for the Jalapeno Ranch Dressing if anyone interested http://allrecipes.com/recipe/jalapeno-ranch-dressing/

Turned out great for the first time, it was real delicious! Thanks Frank H for the inspiration!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope everyone has a great week!
