Four more words: Pulled. Pork. Fried. Rice.


 
One of the things we like to do with our extra pulled pork is make empanadas.
Just nuke, add some slaw (or not) and your good to go👍.

When you spend that extra 5 minutes to learn that fancy fold people think you are in “the know”.
 
I like to make some white rice, add sweet corn, pile some pulled pork on top with a dollop or two of Mertz's sharp cheese spread, a minute in the microwave and then I run a line of my BBQ sauce around the bowl.
 
I like to put pulled pork on a plate then start cleaning out the refrigerator, till the plate is full. You c a n make some crazy combinations this way.
 
I make pork fried rice with leftover grilled pork tenderloin and leftover basmati rice. We've also found that the shelf stable riced cauliflower available at Costco works awfully well for this.
