The weather is still not great here. It's rainy and cold most days but if I can I try to post a listing on a fri of a sunny weekend.

Jon, I would consider listing it for the next couple weeks. My daughter has been doing well selling phones and service at her AT&T Wireless store the last week with many customers citing tax refunds. Weather should support that as well. Give it a couple weeks maybe. You can always pull it again until mid April or May.

I don't really want to sell it, but, lacking a monstrous deck, I am trying to accept that I can't have a gas grill for every day of the week! I am very interested to see if there is ANY market around me for something this nice now that spring is starting to be in the air - and as Bruce mentioned, tax refunds are hitting the bank!

Memorial day weekend is great also. It is my prime weekend of the year for buying and selling.
