Hey all, I found a few packs of beef ribs last friday and knew I had no choice but to eat them. I rubbed them with some of my steak paste and tossed them on the smoker!
I tossed some spuds on the old kettel,
After the were grilled up nice I tossed them in a pan with some oil, K salt, and pepper. Also tossed on a pan of Asperagus and tomatoes,
Then the ribs came off, were rested and cut.
Then it was time to eat, these were great! I must do these more often!
