...for you Spam freaks out there...

Luvs me some Spam!

During the great blackout here in the NE a few years back we went to the store and picked up some Spam, buns and hot mustard grilled up the spam and plopped it on buns, the kids loved it!

When properly stored, Spam, like most canned goods, has a shelf life that exceeds that of uranium. Keep it cool, no dents, dings, or bulges. Spam is also the perfect way to store fat long-term if you're a preparing for doomsday...

Nori doesn't ruin Spam (Hawaiian steak), it makes it easier to handle on the go. I realize it's not popular here on the mainland or I should say, I have come to realize but it's quite delicious.

Aloha,
Jim

I'm no spam aficionado, but I'd imagine the nori (seaweed) and spam would be a great combo.

late 70s, a friend asked me to grill some Spam slices over the dying coals, so we did.

It actually tasted pretty good, salty, smokey, and truthfully, better than I remembered it from childhood times.

Then I dug out the can to see what the ingredients were (foolish, I know). I discovered that the key that came with the can had conveniently taken off all the ingredients when it removed a strip from the top of the can.
Haven't had Spam since, but....
