Flame fireplace

I have secured a CL purchase (I believe ) of this fireplace. These things NEVER come available around here. It is supposedly in very good condition and operable. $75 which seems very fair to me.
I have reviewed a couple threads on here and there doesn’t appear to be any red flags with these fireplaces.
I am supposed to pick up on Saturday. Let me know if anyone has any advice for me. It comes with a cover, too.

Yah, looks in really great condition, complete and $75 is an absolute steal.

Thanks! It comes with the original cover which is also in good condition.
