Fish taco question

I have some fresh yellowtail to cook for tacos tonight. Wondering if I should do on kettle or gas grill? I have not cooked fish on the kettle yet.

Any thoughts?

Either way sounds good.

For fish tacos, I like to go grilled using propane so that I get the max clean fresh fish taste. But that's just me.

Unlike Erik, I say charcoal. No smoke wood though. But I almost always opt for charcoal if time allows.

Went gas this time. Turned out great. They were a hit.

Looks great, I love fish taco's , I really like the lime flavored hot sauce on them . I think I see a lunch or supper with that on the menu this weekend , I like the farm raised catfish on charcoal or a wood fire.
