I recommend cooking some foods with more fat content to help build your seasoning such as chicken, fattie, pork butt, etc. This seasoning will help control the heat.
Looks great Ronert! Next up..Pulled Pork, Ribs, chickens, ABTs etc....you get the idea. I've used the oven twice inside since getting the Webers around 9 mos. ago.
The tots were great. I bought a frozen bag and let a few of them sit on the counter for about 15 minutes then I was able to run a toothpick through them. Next time though, I'm gonna add a small slice of cheese to them as well
