These were a "Manager's Special" so I grabbed them before I could change my mind. Cooked over B& B oak lump.

My homemade poultry rub:
1/3 cup fajita seasoning
1 Tbsp paprika
4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne

Then hot off the grill they were tossed in Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce.
