First time tri-tip Tacos

All the lil yinzers went to the Grandmas house for the whole week... So the wife and I wanted to try something new and easy (with leftovers for Tuesday)... Thus tri tip asada tacos...

Found this at Trader Joes on sale for 5.99lb... Not bad when usually 8.99lb

A few onions, peppers and jalapeños (Evoo and garlic salt)

A lil leftover chicken breast in a short marinate in this

Some beans on the side and some store bought salsa

Veggies gettin happy

Tri tip on the flip (2 pieces since wife likes medium well and I like medium rare)

The better halfs is almost done

Cooked the Chicken on the CIS.... No pic

So tender and juicy.... Just plain ole delicious... I ate many slices while cuttin it up

Plated with a lil guacamole ...

This was outstanding ... Can't wait for dinner tomorrow night for round 2!!!
