First time ribs with new 18.5 WSM

The Mrs. bought some baby back ribs so I could try out my new smoker. It was 34 deg and lt. snow flurries. I have a covered area so it wasn't too bad. Used Kingsford ultimate performance briquets because that's all they had at Home Depot. Use the fire starter and that worked well. Also bought a Thermo-Pro 08 2 probe thermometer. I think they turned out pretty good. Thanks Dale. I was anxious to use the new smoker. This is supposed to be one of the better days this week. After a mild stretch winter is returning by thursday.
