First Time Cooking Beef Ribs - advice needed, please


 
Final product. I never made these before and they were absolutely amazing.These were glazed with a Vanilla-Brown Sugar mixture.

3 hours at 275, flawed once during the last 19 minutes. Then glazed again when I took them off. Totally different than a traditional bbq sauce

If anyone wants the recipe for the glaze or my rub, please LMK
