First Time Beer Can Chicken

I made beer can chicken for the first time tonight. I used my own rub recipe, Myron Mixon's marinade recipe and Chris Lilly's white sauce recipe. I cooked it in my 22 1/2" kettle at 300F for about 2 hours (180F thigh temp).

I never tasted anything quite like it. It was farking good!

The PBR was good in the chicken and in the cook

First time? Looks like you've been doing it your whole life. Nice job. I love BCC. Try making enchiladas with the leftovers.
