First time ABts and some cheese.

Been wanting to do some ABTs for awhile, finally got around to it, also did some Juusto cheese that I found at the Rybiecki cheese shop at the mall of america.
Filled with pepper jack and lil smokies and dusted with Wee Willys.

The cheese from my neighbors to the East.

Just about done.

Grilled cheese.

Appetizers served.

Thanks for looking, I should've removed more of the membrane form "Jah Leppa Knows" cause they were blazing but really good, really liked the cheese too, Thanks to Jim Lampe for introducing me to these.

Good to see Rybiecki has the baked cheese at MOA. Heading out there shortly to waste the day with Jr at Nickelodeon Universe. A stop at Rybiecki is always a requirement as a Packer fan anyways!
