Dave Smith TVWBB Super Fan Jul 13, 2011 #1 Tried my first smoke today, did a meatloaf....went on at 1300hrs, temp held at 250, came off at 1700hrs with internal temp of 165. Couldn't have benn easier or happier as it tasted great.

Dave Smith TVWBB Super Fan Jul 14, 2011 #4 Second pan to catch drips...one meat on had the drain holes. I used cherry wood for smoke.
