Nice job on the first cook. Looks like you're an old hand. VERY clean cut on those ribs -- a sure sign they're not over cooked -- and nice bark on that butt. Well done! Now, you gotta feed the locals. I used to have the Italian neighbors over when stationed there and they ended up calling me the [crazy] BBQ guy.
