First attempt on BABY BACKS on the Smokenator.
 
If I could only have one grill/smoker, it would be a 22.5" kettle. Very versatile piece of equipment. Nice looking ribs there. How well did the unit (Smokenator) hold temp?
 
Smokenator held at about 255 - 260 Dome Temp after I got it settled down. Bottom vents about 20 % open and top about 30%.
Was slightly different last weekend.
I think I'm gonna start a log book, note outside temps, amount of charcoal starting with - both lit and unlit, vent positions. This should help establish pattern for future.
