First Pizzas 2021

The weather is finally nice in Michigan so I broke out the kettle pizza attachment. Actually did 4 different pizzas but only had the chance to get a pic of one. Homemade dough and sauce. My wife will roll the dough out and assemble the pizzas and I cook them. I think it only took around 30 minutes to knock out 4 pizzas. The other 3 were a Greek pizza, Chicken pesto, and just sausage and pepperoni for my son and his buddy.

Great looking pies! Looks like you wrapped the lid therm? Maybe hitting 700-750F? That's the temp I like for my KP, too.

Need to get some pies made up!
