Asked the wife what she wanted for dinner, she asked if it was too late for ribs. It was already around 2:00PM and we had no ribs at the house. Decided after reading other successful HH ribs on this forum, I would give it a try. I only took 2 pics. The ribs turned great. I think they slightly overcooked but still moist and tender. The bark was the best.
