Found this guy mark down to below $10 after starting at above $35! Cool to find something I haven't done before.

Got a few hour salt brine and the some Carna Crosta.

Back on with the asparagus until 130. Not a great picture but that is me flipping it with my hand!

Steak was as much fun to cook as it was to eat. When my mother in law saw the steak she got excited that we get to eat that! I have to say though, the asparagus tried to steal the show. I have been doing it on the stove lately, but the CI over the fire adds something and they were amazing. The asparagus was the talk of the dinner, that and who got the bone... My mother in law got it!

Total side note, that steak goes really well with a peanut dipping sauce. Now you really got my mouth jets going.
 
Great looking steak and 'gus. I save myself one dish to do and skip the CI, 'gus right on the grate (perpendicular to the grate, of course :D )
