Thank you all for the warm welcome. The ribs were very moist and tender( thought i would need to get out the scotch tape to help them for the pic. I used a rub i found here on the forums and love it. A little on the spicy side for my dad. so i modded for the cookout i had monday..( pics coming soon for that cookout). and it was perfect for him.I am using a small brinkman smoker atm but aleady saving for my proformer for next year.
