Brand new to BBQ, so I followed the instructions for Basic Baby Backs almost to the letter.

My wife said that these were hands down the best ribs she had ever had, and I have to admit that they were pretty damn good! She liked them so much that she requested a turkey for Thanksgiving. By reading a lot of the advice on the forums, I fired up a test turkey last weekend that came out amazing. Pics to follow.

Let me also give a quick thank you to everyone on this board, especially the guys who answered my turkey questions on the newbie forum. I feel like I have had access to a wealth of information. Thanks!!!

Nice looking food. Excellent smoke ring. I wish my ribs looked like that when I did mine for the first time. The ribs I made were bitter and black.
 
I agree with Brad. You need to send those to all of us and let us be the judge. They look awesome. Good job.
