Some Salmon and Tilapia marinated in EVOO, Dijon, Horse Radish and Brown Sugar, (Northwoods Fire added for fun). Also some Asparagus with the dreaded Tarragon butter sauce.

Ready to go……… The KitchenAid is sans bowl as Nancy was making cookies earlier.

Plated. Did some Crashers and Nancy cooked a side of Calamari. To make life even better, I noticed a bottle of Champagne sitting in a snow bank from last night. Yes we are!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I have seen bottles of Yuengling throughout this forum and it makes me wish I lived east of the mississippi since it's my favorite beer. The ONLY negative thing about living in Texas. :) Happy New Year.
