Its was another snowy day and I had a good fire going in the house ..so why not cook indoors tonnight!
Took out a T-Bone steak and seasoned it a seasoning salt that I get from butcher:

Great indoor cook. I wish I had that option.

I'll second that. I suggested it to my brother once since he had a fireplace and he said that he needed to clean it out before we cooked. After seeing how much and what kind of crap needed to be taken out, I said forget it. His wife had been burning Duraflame logs in there and I really didn't want the taste of that on the food.
