ok, well i am very picky about my ribs. i will say that i thought they were a bit dry. i will work on it. i did use a dry pan. will try water next cook.
 
I'm down with all that cookin'! Just how far north are you? Could I, like, stop by for a plate?
 
Silent movie, eh? Guess that's why I didn't hear the dinner bell. Great looking ribs and tube steaks. Beans look pretty darn amazing too.
 
I'm almost envious! The Missus gets on my case about the fat every I even mention grilling sausage, and I LOVE all the space on your big kettle. Dogs look killer!

You might post on the Barbecuing forum if you want to talk about those ribs.
 
Great cook Sparky, love those beans, dogs and ribs. Regarding your slightly dry ribs, I had the same problem too, even with water in the pan. One little thing I learned is to pull them when the meat just slightly starts to pull back from the bones, say 1/8". Mine have been much juicier that way. Works on spares and BB's.
