So I thought I would try some Filet(Never grilled them before)
I used a cast iron skillet(Although I didn't let it heat up enough before I dropped the steaks in...so I ended up searing them directly on the grill grate)
Used Olive Oil, Butter, Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary and some Beef Stock to finish cooking the steaks in the skillet...also made for a nice pan sauce
Worked out pretty well...and now I know how to do it right the next time.

Used the charcoal ring that I made for my Mini WSM to keep the charcoal in one spot
Tried out the Chicago Steak Seasoning from Weber...pretty good!
Some garlic mashed yukon golds and steamed broccoli
