Filet Mignon on the Red while waiting for the 26er

So i was hoping that the 26er would have been home when i got there but it wasnt . so i fired up my trusty red and away we went....



threw on a few taters



then the filets



looking nice



then she arrived!!!



not a good plated pic but all i had



put together after dinner




all in all a good night. my son got his cast off his arm, i gotta smokin deal on 3 filets, they were by far the best tasting steaks i have ever cooked and i received and awesome gift to myself which i will break in tonight!!!
