So went to Costco today and did some shopping, found ( I think mis-marked) Prime Filet Mignon two dollars more than the choice versions in another section. My daughter, #2 is home and #4 is going back to Penn State on Friday and promised some good eats before she goes.

So, meat dressed with Kosher and fresh ground and some Sage and Rosemary from the garden, a little EVOO to finish it off. Coming to room temp.
Also some Naan bread dressed with EVOO and Sage and Rosemary also.

Our little garden is really producing this year and we have container plants growing all over, some fresh from the garden for the salad tonight

Great food and great company...can't beat that. Naan is one of my favorites to go with our meals. Great looking food, Bill.

Another outstanding cook Bill!!!

Don't be surprised if some short fat dude from San Diego comes knocking on your door around dinner time!!!!

"I'm a lucky man, good wine, good food, great kids. The plate tonight"

That last line sums it up Bill, another great cook

Great job Bill. That plate looks perfect. I love your herb garden. We grow lots of fresh herbs around our porches too. They make cooking a lot more flavorful...

Regards,

John

I swear Bill, I think you like in a park. Your yard is just beautiful. So in your cook. Those filets look absolutely beautiful. We love Naan also and have it quite often. Great job!

Great looking food, Bill. Sure your daughters appreciate the home-cooked/grown meals before heading off.
