One thing I enjoy on these posts are that the family's are included. Great cooks always have a history, and family history is as important as cookin' history. Thanks for sharing both, Bob.

Tony, the salad topping is French's French fried onions.

Chad, Pappy's ribs, IMO, are excellent, but thought the brisket, and pulled pork were more average.
I have been to Bogart's, once, and thought everything was great too.

Some will disagree, but wife and I think Bandana's is very good, and consistent for ribs and pulled pork.
