Fathers Day Nachos


 
I use that recipe loosely with a few changes for my queso......the cream of mushroom soup was the thing that I wanted to leave out and used it anyways. It was good.....I found it to be a bit salty as I added some rubs and salt for other things and the soup is very salty to start with.
All said and done this is good stuff......goes on everything. Chips, taco's, sandwiches........breakfast lol.......
In the queso thread we talked about this and there was also some who didn't believe the soup was a match for the dish....I wouldn't make it without the soup.
