Father-In-Law's cook - 20lb rib Roast + 2 Pork Loins

Went to my Father-in-Law's tonight for an early christmas get together. He had his Genesis rolling all day, and we could smell it from the driveway. I took some pics and when he asked, "Why the heck are you taking pictures of the food?" I had to tell him about you all! I told him there's a group of people that love Weber's, and love good food, food cooked outside, slow-cooked food. He didn't really get it, but here's Jim's cook I had to share. He got all his meat from the Amish Market in Annapolis, Md that is run by Amish from Lancaster, PA area. Good products.

Genesis cruising at 300 for about 5-6 hours.

Here's what my first sight when I opened the grill. (I didn't know what he was cooking when we got there). Roast had been coated in coarse ground pepper and and Season All. Pork Loin was rolled and tied with some sort of stuffing by the Amish butcher.

Next, the stuffing went on. It's Stofers (sp) with 2lb of Jimmy Dean Sausage, coated on top with S&P, EVOO and melted butter. This made all the breading crispy, and delicious!

Beef and Pork pulled. Not the prettiest pics, but like I said, I was taking pics while he worked.

And your plate with mashed potatoes and greek pasta. Enjoy!

Did I mention the other part of the 20lb roast???

Here is the tray we got sent home with! All that food I told you about...was cooked for about 8 people. I know...seems like overkill, but I know how much food I'll be going home with so I let him go wild.
