This is a portrait of the Weber side of the family -- there's Grandpa Weber, dressed in red. In the back is Cousin Kitty, a wannabe actress, a real performer. On the right is Bubba, aka "hollow point," who just moved in with us. They're kin of Cousin Earl, whose father fought in the war for the Union.

As I did with my kettle, I'm going to do at least one test burn to see how long it takes to come up to temp, how difficult/easy it is to control the temp, and so on. Once that's done, I'll do a wet run (as opposed to a dry run), and I'll post pics.

I can feel the love from here! Looks like a very happy family. Only thing that would make 'em even happier would be firing them all up for a massive Weber-made meal! Grandpa can do the apps and deserts, Kitty can handle a side or two, and Bubba gets the main course! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!
