Did some steak fajitas tonight. Wife got sirloin, it was cheaper than skirt steak. Marinade was lime juice, olive oil, garlic cloves, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and a little soy sauce. Wife used homemade fajita seasoning on onions and peppers.

Meat on.
Plated with homemade guacamole. Forgot the rice so we just had chips and salsa. Turned out great. Been craving these all damn winter, just too much screwing around when it's cold out.
